Beginners I (Ages 4-7) Session 1

This class will introduce students to the front and back crawl & rhythmic breathing. The practice of assisted diving, retrieving objects from the bottom of the shallow end, gliding, and elementary backstroke will be shown. Students must be able to demonstrate all skills required to pass Tiny Tots.
