Beginners I (Ages 4-7) Session 2

This class will introduce students to the front and back crawl and rhythmic breathing. The practice of assisted diving, retrieving objects from bottom of shallow end, gliding, and elementary backstroke will be shown. Students must be able to demonstrate all skills required to pass Tiny Tots.
