Proper shooting form, defensive fundamentals, ball handling drills, basic foot work, rebounding and boxing out drills, 1-on-1 moves, triple threat and rocker step fundamentals and posting techniques will be reviewed. Players will be taught defense and offense. There will be conditioning exercises and the opportunity to compete in games with athletes in their age groups. A question and answer period with Division 1 coaches will also be available. Participants need to bring white-soled gym shoes and shorts.
