Football Skills and Development Session 4

This 8-day program is designed to introduce players aged 10 to 16, grouped age appropriately, to a comprehensive understanding of the game of football. Emphasizing both individual development and team dynamics. Participants will learn position specific offensive skills, defensive skills, special teams and conditioning, while incorporating strategy and game planning aspects of the game.
